Cloud infrastructure, minus the ceremony
CloudClerks runs cloud VMs for people who'd rather spend their afternoon building than reading a pricing calculator. We keep the console simple, the billing honest, and the machines fast.
Built by people tired of waiting on a console to load
CloudClerks started as an internal tool - a handful of engineers who kept spinning up throwaway VMs for side projects and got fed up with providers that made a two-minute task take twenty. We rebuilt the parts that mattered: a boot flow fast enough to trust, a dashboard that shows real numbers instead of vanity charts, and pricing you can compute in your head.
What was a shared internal tool became CloudClerks in 2019. The principle hasn't changed since: infrastructure should get out of your way. We're still a small, deliberately-staffed team, and we still dogfood every region we ship.
Today CloudClerks hosts everything from weekend hobby projects to production workloads for small engineering teams, across 11 regions, with the same console and the same support team behind all of it.
A short list of things we actually hold ourselves to
Not a mission-statement poster - just the defaults we build every feature and every incident response around.
Fast by default
Boot times, dashboard loads, and support replies are all things we track like uptime - because they're part of the same promise.
Pricing you can compute
No hidden egress surprises, no asterisks on the homepage. If a number depends on your usage, we show you the formula.
Security is not an add-on
Encryption in transit, isolated tenancy, and audit logging ship on every plan - not gated behind an enterprise tier.
We dogfood everything
CloudClerks runs CloudClerks. New regions and features carry our own workloads before they carry yours.
A small, hands-on team spread across four disciplines
We stay intentionally small and skip the org chart. Every VM you deploy is built and supported by one of these four groups - the same people who get paged if something breaks.
Infrastructure
Designs and runs the hypervisor and network layer across every region, and signs off before a new one goes live.
Platform
Builds the console, API, and CLI - the parts you actually touch every day.
Trust & Security
Runs abuse response, access review, and the security practices behind every account.
Support
Answers tickets themselves - there's no tiered escalation maze between you and someone who can fix it.
See it for yourself
Spin up a VM in the region closest to you and judge the boot time on your own clock.
